Copper XHHW-2 600V/1000V LSZH XLPE Insulation Cable
Specification:
2 XHHW-2 Copper Building Wire
Description:
Copper SIMpull XHHW-2/RW90 conductors are primarily used in conduit, cable trays, or other recognized raceways for services, feeders, and branch circuit wiring, as specified in the National Electrical Code (NEC). These conductors are rated for wet and dry locations, with a maximum operating temperature of 90°C. The voltage rating is 600V or 1000V for all sizes. This cable is designed for easier installation without the need for pulling lubricant. RW90 is suitable for open wiring and use in raceways (except cable troughs and ventilated flexible cableways) in wet or dry locations, as per the Canadian Electrical Code. Conductor sizes 8 AWG and larger are rated for 600V or 1000V single conductor copper with XLPE insulation and SIMpull technology for easier pulling.
