Construction of cable:

The structural composition of a cable primarily comprises conductors, insulation layers, shielding layers, and protective layers, among other components.
1. Conductor (Core): This essential component facilitates the transmission of electrical energy by enabling unidirectional current flow.
2. Fire-Resistant Layer: Exclusive to fire-resistant cables, this layer envelops the conductor, providing critical fire endurance that allows the cable to maintain functionality for a specified duration during fire incidents, thereby ensuring adequate evacuation time.
3. Insulation Layer: This layer serves as an electrical barrier, isolating the core from ground contact and separating different phase cores. The shielding layer functions to contain the electric field and mitigate electromagnetic interference. Notably, power cables rated at 15KV and above typically incorporate both conductor shielding and insulation shielding layers.
4. Filling Layer: The primary purpose of the filling material is to maintain the cable's circular cross-section and structural integrity. In certain cable designs, the filling also provides water resistance and flame retardancy.
5. Inner Protective Layer: This layer safeguards the insulated core against potential damage from the armor or shielding layers. It is available in two configurations: extruded or wrapped.
6. Armor Layer: Designed to protect against mechanical damage, the armor layer commonly employs steel tape for compression resistance or steel wire for tensile strength.
7. Outer Protective Layer: This outermost layer provides comprehensive protection for the entire cable assembly, particularly the insulation system.

Flame-Retardant Materials Classification:
- Grade A: Utilizes glass fiber tape wrapping with glass fiber rope filling
- Grade B: Employs glass fiber tape wrapping with polypropylene filling
- Grade C: Features CPP or non-woven fabric wrapping with polypropylene filling

Classification by Voltage Level:
1. Low-voltage cables: Designed for fixed installations in AC 50Hz transmission and distribution systems with rated voltages up to 3kV, typically available in 1kV and 3kV configurations.
2. Medium-voltage cables: Covering the range of 6kV to 35kV, with standard configurations including 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/11.5kV, 12/20kV, 18/30kV, and 26/35kV.
3. High-voltage cables: Spanning from 66kV to 330kV, commonly manufactured in 66kV, 110kV, 220kV, and 330kV specifications.
4. Ultra-high-voltage cables: Defined as cables with voltage ratings of 500kV and above.
5.Extra-high-voltage cables: Categorized as cables with voltage ratings exceeding 750kV.

Standard references:
The cable is manufactured according to GB/T 12706.1-2008 or IEC 60502-1:2004.
It is suitable to be laid in the power line with rated voltage of 0.6/1kv (U0/U) for power transmission. 

Applications:
  YJV power cable has very good thermal-mechanical properties, excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance, but yjv wire structure is sample. Yjv weight is light. It is easy to install. That is advantage of  YJV Laid indoors, in tunnels and in pipes.
Able to withstand certain laying traction.Not able to withstand mechanical external forces.Single core cable is not allowed to be laid in magnetic made of material pipes .
  The  main cores of yjv are single-core, 2cores, 3 cores, 4 cores, 5 cores, 3+1, 3+2, 4+1. 3+1 represents 3 phase wires + 1 ground wire, 3+2 represents 3 phase wires + 2 ground wires, 4+1 represents 4 phase wires + 1 ground wire.
  Yjv Cable types include 1 square, 1.5 square, 2.5 square, 4 square, 6 square, 10 square, 16 square, 25 square, 35 square, 50 square, 70 square, 95 square, 120 square, 150 square, 185 square, 240 square, 300 square. For example, yjv3*240+1*120 cable is a cable consisting of 3 wires of 240 square and 1 ground wire of 120 square.
  YJV , whose main specifications range from 1 square to 300 square and can also be individually customized, is an electrical cable used to transmit and distribute electrical energy. Most commonly used in urban power grids, real estate development, road construction, building construction etc.

YJV Cable Features:
1, 20 ºC conductor DC resistivity: copper core ≤ 0.017241Ωmm2/mo aluminum core ≤ 0.028Ωmm2/m.
2, flame retardant grade A, B, C, D, low smoke halogen-free WDZ, fire-resistant type NH, can be customized ZA-YJV, ZB-YJV, ZC-YJV (ZR-YJV), WDZ-YJV, N-YJV (NH-YJV).
3.The highest working temperature for yjv cable is 90ºC.
4, the cable should be laid at an ambient temperature of not less than 0 ºC, installed cable bending radius should be greater than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable. <5PC.
